Tua Silver is based on a particular system of sponge coated electrodes, which has been designed to make its use easy and immediate. Each electrode consists of:

The Rotofit system:

To achieve deep and effective muscle stimulation, it is most important that the muscle groups be exercised taking into account their shape, size and position.
Rotofitis the patented system for immediately positioning the electrode pairs on the various muscle groups according to their natural anatomy.

The electrodes in each pair slide along the flexible support clip, to move them closer together or farther apart.

How It works

To obtain deep, effective muscular stimulation, it is fundamental that the muscle bundles be worked taking into account their shape, dimension and positioning.  Rotofit® is the patented system that allows immediate placement of the electrode pairs on the various muscle groups, depending on their anatomy.  

The passage of microcurrent through the skin via the electrodes passively causes the muscles directly underneath the electrode pairs to rhythmically contract and relax, deeply yet comfortably.  The microcurrent also increases the cellular metabolism of the soft tissues overlying muscle aiding in smoothing and firming the look of the skin at the body’s surface.

How To Use

Tua Silver features a total of 6 work programs offering specific body exercise. These programs have been specially designed by a team of experts in order to meet all specific requirements, in accordance with the electrical parameters and goals to be achieved.

WORK PHASES

Most of the programs described consist of 3 work phases: warm up; training; cool down. At the end of each work phase, Tua Silver automatically switches to the next phase..

The duration of the programs is preset as is the duration of each single phase.

Tua Silver permits skipping the very-low frequency warm-up stage and going straight on to the work stage (this may be desirable when two programs are used consecutively and warm-up has already been performed during the first program).

1 SLIM – program for reducing adipose zones.

Localised adiposity, caused by bad eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle, is an increasingly more widespread problem universally   acknowledged as producing considerable aesthetic damage, but also as being bad for the health.

The way to reduce adipose is to regulate the energy balance and this is possible in just two ways:

• reduction in energy intake, i.e. food

• increased energy consumption, obtainable by raising the metabolism, muscle activity or temperature.

The excito-motor action of the SLIM program with its specific frequencies and fast exercise (short contractions followed by equally short pauses for relaxation), comparable to aerobic workouts, submits the treated area to a dynamic muscular activity, which results in a considerable increase of local blood circulation and consequent rise in temperature. 2 TONE - program for toning up and firming the body.

Q. How long does it take to see results? 
A. As our bodies are individually different the results are different for each individual. Results will also depend on frequency of use and starting muscle tone. 
For the best results use 3 times weekly on a particular area using the required programme. For toning up the muscle groups use only SLIM and TONE programs for a period of 3-4 weeks. 
You should see results within the first 8-10 weeks as a conservative estimate. Gentle exercise (such as walking) should also be followed regularly during this time.

Q. How can I ‘boost’ results? 
A. Electro stimulation induced exercise can be compared to active gymnastics. The durations and frequency of the sessions are therefore subjective. It is best to keep to the instructions as per the handbook. Do not exceed 30 minutes per session on each muscle group. 
Following an initial period (about 3-4 sessions) required by the muscles to adapt to a new training method, intensity can be regulated to maximum levels to upgrade results.

Q. Is it normal for my skin to go slightly pink after using the Tua Silver? 
A. Electro Stimulation causes reddening of the skin where the electrodes are placed, especially in the case of persons with sensitive skin. Such reddening is perfectly normal and usually disappears quickly. 
The Tua Silver is also promoting oxygenation and de-toxifying the skin cells. The slightly pink colouration shows the oxygenation of the skin cells. 

Q. Where can Tua Silver not be used? 
A. In case of allergy to the electrode gel, suspend treatment and see a doctor. Do not apply the electrodes to areas with hyperpigmentation (moles) or varicose veins. 
• Do not apply the electrodes directly to the breasts, but to the muscles which support them. 
• Do not use in intimate areas, under the armpits, in the groin or behind the knees. 
• Do not use on the abdomen of expectant mothers. 

Q. When can Tua Silver not be used? 
A. Tua Silver should not be used on children, people with pace-makers or those in poor psychophysical conditions or with physiological or organic disorders. The appliance is not suited for wearers of metal prostheses or aorto abdominal bypasses. 
Do not apply in transthoracic mode to prevent interference with heart frequency.
